Jorge Hinojosa is a bilingual engineer and operations specialist with more than 15 years of experience supporting Apple platforms, IT operations, enterprise technology deployments, and process improvement. He brings a strong combination of technical expertise, operational leadership, and business development experience to Wynndalco Enterprises, LLC.

Prior to joining Wynndalco, Jorge worked with Apple, gaining valuable experience supporting Apple technology, enterprise environments, and customer-focused technology solutions. His background has given him a unique understanding of the relationship between technology, business operations, and the people who depend on reliable technology every day.

As Wynndalco’s Business Development & Process Improvement Lead, Jorge focuses on identifying opportunities for growth, strengthening operational processes, improving efficiency, and developing solutions that create measurable value for clients. He works across teams to evaluate workflows, identify areas for improvement, and translate complex technology and operational challenges into structured, practical solutions.

Jorge has a particular strength in enterprise device deployments, digital transformation, technical operations, and team development. He is committed to mentoring teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
