Eva Andalcio leads Human Resources at Wynndalco Enterprises, where she is accountable for how the company recruits, develops and supports the people who deliver its client programs.
Her remit covers the full employee lifecycle: workforce planning and recruiting for project-driven staffing, onboarding and credentialing, benefits administration, employee relations, performance and development, and HR policy, recordkeeping and compliance. Because Wynndalco staffs large public-sector deployments, Eva builds hiring pipelines that can scale quickly without loosening the documentation and background-check standards that school districts and government agencies require.

Eva holds a Masters from Kellstadt Graduate School of Business from DePaul University in Chicago where she also received her undergrad degree and Certified Associate in Project Management) certification through the Project Management Institute — a combination that lets her run HR as a disciplined, measurable operation rather than an administrative one. Earlier in her career she managed detail-intensive programs for organizations including the Art Institute of Chicago and the Illinois Tollway System, reporting on year-end budget statistics, facilitating critical meetings, coordinating project milestones and holding multiple deadlines together. She also coordinated the receipt, setup and delivery of tens of thousands of computer systems — experience that informs how she forecasts staffing and capacity for Wynndalco’s largest rollouts.
