Wynndalco had the opportunity to partner with NTT DATA on a multi-year project to provide Caterpillar with order desk support, deskside support, and logistics services across several locations throughout Illinois and the U.S.

Our technicians and personnel became part of a global support team that provided service to Caterpillar staff in Peoria, Pontiac, Northbrook, and Chicago, Illinois; and in various locales in Minnesota and Canada, among others. We continue to provide our services successfully while ensuring that end users receive the best possible support.
